GAME framework
The GAME framework using 8 large AI models to evaluate the intervention difficulty of smoking by integrating 19 indicators from the broad societal structures to the individual's inner world.
We evaluated intervention difficulty of smoking based on the Generative AI Meta-Evaluation, GAME framework. It structures based on four dimensions, from the broad societal structures to the individual-level factors, including "Macro-System Level", "Socio-Cultural Level", "Community-Family Level", and "Individual Level". Each dimension was further divided into two sub-levels that reflect both their potential impact and measurement difficulty. Through a comprehensive manual review of relevant literature aligned with these dimensions, we finally identified and selected the 19 pertinent indicators. Each indicator was scored on a scale from 1 to 5, with higher scores indicating greater intervention difficulty.
